The suite was incredible, with jaw-dropping rock-wall features and plenty of space to relax. The location was super, a reasonable walk to town and close to the hot springs. The staff was really friendly and helpful, even returning a coat left behind. The place had a quirky, yet lovely backyard-garden. The food and drinks served in the convenient on-site restaurant were superb. The medieval building had been transformed into a mind-blowing fairy tale land, with amazing art and craftwork. The location, right on the main historical square, was perfect. Free parking was available, and the room was clean with ample storage space. The breakfast options were plentiful, and they even provided free Wi-Fi, a car park, flat-screen TV, electric kettle. The stay was definitely worth the money.

Loved watching the chef work, especially when he accidentally set the kitchen on fire. Free breakfast was great, especially the stale croissants. WiFi was so slow, I had time to learn semaphore.
None that I can think of, except maybe the fire hazard.

Charming and cozy rooms with unique design and comfortable amenities. the location is well connected and perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the surrounding natural areas. the restaurant served delicious local food, and the staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service.
The access to some rooms might be challenging for people with mobility issues or young children due to spiral staircases. the breakfast could be more varied and generous, although the staff was willing to accommodate specific requests.

We loved the charming and cozy rooms, each one unique and full of character. The staff, although not always fluent in English, were friendly and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the historic center of the nearby town, with plenty of picturesque sights within walking distance. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom.
We often had to wait a long time before being served and sometimes had to settle for just a piece of bread and some juice. the narrow staircase leading to the rooms may be difficult for anyone with limited mobility.
